The full body Tactical Casualty Care Simulator 3 (TCCS 3) offers military, government forces, medical rescue, and private security the opportunity to realistically train combat trauma care for traumatic amputation injuries above the left elbow and above the left knee. Additionally, an amputation at the upper right thigh above the tourniquet line may not be controlled with a standard tourniquet. In this amputation scenario, you can practice the application of a junctional tourniquet to control the bleeding.
