AI Guidance for Tracheal Intubation
TruGuide is an AI-powered self-directed airway management training platform that connects to a standard video laryngoscope and TruCorp airway manikin. It provides real-time guidance, navigation, intuitive on-screen cues and objective performance metrics to support safe, consistent tracheal intubation training, while promoting independent learning and reducing the demand on instructor time.

TruGuide brings AI-powered support to airway training, helping instructors manage larger groups while maintaining high teaching standards. Real-time cues and measurable feedback allow learners to practise independently between instructor-led sessions, improving confidence and skill development.

TruGuide uses Patent Pending AI software to analyse the live video laryngoscope view in real time. It currently is compatible with the Flexicare ‘ProVu’ video laryngoscope, the Karl Storz C-MAC and USB Imager products.

By providing automated visual analysis of the VL feed, TruGuide supports safe and repeatable airway training and helps reinforce the guidance instructors already teach.

While TruCorp manikins provide realistic haptics and anatomy, using Video Laryngoscopes often in an airway simulated environment can be less soiled compared to real clinical practice, TruGuide helps bridge this gap by introducing:
