This 3B Biomechanical Test Block (Item No. 1019708, weight 0.031 kg, dimensions 9.5 × 4.5 × 3.1 cm) is a solid rigid polyurethane foam block used to test orthopedic implants and devices and to train evaluation of bone density.
Bone density: 10 PCF — the lowest of four density options (10, 15, 20, 30 PCF) simulating different bone density characteristics.
Cortical thickness: 1 mm (CP1) — cortical shell simulated by a dense 40 PCF plate, available in 1/2/3mm thicknesses per density option.
