It adds three critical modules over the Basic Infant CRiSis™ (LF03707U) — intraosseous infusion, IV arm, and IV leg — making it the entry-level configuration where paediatric vascular access skill training becomes available on the same infant manikin as airway management and CPR. For NRP, PALS, and paediatric nursing training programmes in India that need a single infant manikin covering the core procedural skill set of airway, CPR, IV access, and IO access but where umbilical catheterisation training is not a current curriculum requirement, this is the most cost-effective configuration.

The airway management module presents realistic infant anatomy — mouth, tongue, oral pharynx, larynx, epiglottis, vocal cords, trachea, and oesophagus — and supports oral and digital intubation and suctioning. The manikin is also compatible with supraglottic airway devices. The CPR module features fully articulated head, neck, and jaw with jaw thrust, palpable and visual landmarks, and a palpable brachial pulse. The IV arm provides access to the cephalic and basilic veins and the dorsal venous arch on the hand; the IV leg provides access to the great saphenous veins and the dorsal venous arch on the foot — both using smaller lumen tubing that simulates the size of an infant’s veins with realistic pressurised flashback and replaceable skin and veins. The IO infusion leg features palpable patella, tibia, and tibial tuberosity landmarks with a pressurised aspiration system and replaceable bones and skin. The Interactive ECG Arrhythmia Simulator (LF03670U) is optional for this configuration and must be ordered separately. The ECG/Umbilical Cannulation Skin is not included — this capability is available from the Complete Infant CRiSis™ (LF03709U) upward.
