This manikin (2.006 kg) simulates a 0–8 week old newborn with rotatable soft arms and legs, supporting training of both basic and advanced pediatric patient care procedures.
A comprehensive set of newborn care skills, including bathing and bandaging, tube feeding and gastric suction (via a movable tongue), heel stick and finger prick practice, male and female catheterization, and enema administration.
Realistic, baby-like design throughout. Soft and flexible face skin, self-molded hair, realistic eyes, a simulated ear canal, and soft arms and legs that rotate within the torso for a lifelike feel and position. Soft hands, feet, fingers, and toes, with soft upper body skin over the torso for an authentic “baby-like” feel.
Full reproductive and injection training. Interchangeable genitalia with a urethral passage and bladder support male and female catheterization, alongside intramuscular injection practice in the upper thigh.
Comes ready for training, supplied with a T-shirt, diaper, and carrying bag.
