Description
The Deluxe Child CRiSis™ Manikin is a dramatic, state-of-the-art manikin designed for teaching individuals or groups life-saving techniques for children. Simulating an 5-year-old child, manikin provides complete PALS training capabilities; it combines all of the skill stations on one manikin, making training more realistic and giving students an appreciation for the smaller scale of the patient. The Life/form® Child CRiSis™ Manikin also includes an Arrhythmia Simulator. This arrhythmia/pacing simulator recreates 17 adult heart rhythms and 17 pediatric rhythms. With an external pacer, you can simulate electronic capture. You can also simulate cardioversion with manual, semiautomatic, or automatic defibrillation. This anatomically correct in detail. Realistic anatomy and landmarks include a mouth, tongue, oral pharynx, epiglottis, arytenoids, vocal cords, trachea, and esophagus. In addition to the palpable and visual landmarks, the head, neck, and jaw are fully articulated, allowing a realistic jaw thrust feature. This manikin has separate left and right lungs for auscultation; has oral, nasal, and digital intubation capabilities; and includes an inflatable stomach bladder to indicate esophageal intubation. Also features E.T., E.O.A., P.T.L., L.M.A., E.G.T.A., Combitube®, and King System insertion. The Child CRiSis™ Manikin is 46-3/4″ L and weighs 20 lbs. Ideal for ACLS, nursing, paramedic, and EMT training at every level. Hard carry case (LF03467U) is available separately.

Why Choose the Life/form® Deluxe Child CRiSis™ Manikin with ECG Simulator for Your Simulation Lab in India?
The Life/form® Deluxe Child CRiSis™ Manikin with ECG Simulator (Item No. LF03617U / 1005624) by Nasco Healthcare, USA is the first configuration in the Child CRiSis™ family where the Interactive ECG Simulator is included as standard — not optional — alongside all seven core PALS procedural modules, in a 5-year-old patient simulation weighing 11.919 kg at 119 cm. For PALS training centres, paediatric emergency medicine departments, and NMC-mandated simulation labs in Indian medical colleges that need a complete paediatric ALS platform with fully integrated rhythm recognition, arrhythmia training, defibrillation, and pacing capability included as standard, this configuration delivers it. The only capability this manikin does not have versus the apex Deluxe with Advanced Airway (LF03981U) is laryngospasm and tongue oedema simulation — the standard airway management module is present but without difficult airway conditions. The carry case (LF03467U) is optional and available separately.
The Interactive ECG Arrhythmia Simulator recreates 17 adult and 17 paediatric rhythms with accurate 3-lead and 4-lead ECG output through the defibrillation chest’s built-in circuitry, enabling rhythm recognition, manual cardioversion, and pacing training with any manufacturer’s defibrillator — on the same manikin where trainees are simultaneously practising paediatric airway management, IV access, IO infusion, femoral access, CPR, and blood pressure assessment. The airway management module supports ET, EOA, PTL, LMA, EGTA, Combitube®, and King Systems devices, oral, nasal, and digital intubation, inflatable stomach bladder for oesophageal intubation confirmation, separate left and right lungs for bilateral auscultation, and supraglottic airway compatibility. The blood pressure arm delivers all five Korotkoff sounds with auscultatory gap, adjustable systolic, diastolic, heart rate, and volume parameters, palpable radial pulse, and optional classroom speaker connectivity (LF01189U, sold separately). The defibrillation chest supports arrhythmia recognition, manual, automatic, and semiautomatic defibrillation, and pacing, with rhythm detection at four ECG sites and two defibrillation sites. The femoral access leg features an articulated leg requiring correct positioning, palpable arterial pulse, palpable symphysis pubis and ASIS landmarks, pressurised venous flashback, and a replaceable injection pad. The IO infusion leg has palpable tibial landmarks with pressurised aspiration and replaceable bones and skin. The IV arm articulates at the biceps for antecubital and dorsal access with smaller lumen tubing simulating the size of a child’s veins, pressurised flashback, and replaceable skin and veins.
